  3. If you're adding sweet to tahini, it's almost like you're actually making Halva. Which is amazing. You guys should make a smoothie with banana, dates, tahini and whatever non-dairy milk you use. It's my absolute favorite. Among the many other smoothies, I love to make too. =]

  4. I'd love to know how you afford all these superfoods. Please share your money tips. Pretty plz. I'm a struggling mum of 6. And I'm trying to eliminate a that nasty food filled with chemicals because I find my children get illnesses usually skin infections, excema and coughs. Trying to feed them natural or superfoods. Any budget tips appreciated. <3

  5. Hi. I love you videos with great ideas how to eat healthy. I’m giving up on eating meat and I want to try toffu and soya products. But there are the articles about how unhealthy “healthy toffu” is… I’d like to know what do you think about it.

If this is really a representation of what they eat in a day, no snacks and a veggie burger is a TREAT, this is not calorically and nutrient sufficient for a sedentary human; Much less, active ones. I mean how does she even work out eating like this. If I eat less than 2,000 calories a day feel I definitely feel it affect my workout. Everything they ate looks great but I mean why not add some more?
