I have a medical family and when I mentioned the soy factor they all disagree saying that even though Soy has a type of plant estrogen it actually creates an anti-estrogenic effect on the body when consumed and for that reason it is recommended as an ati-estrogenic food to prevent breast cancer. Do you have any new information on that?

  4. I think I am adrenal, except I dont have skinny arms and legs and protruding belly. I'm evenly fat all over. I wish I was a ovary type, but I'm not. I have no butt, but plenty of fat in my legs and thighs, and belly, back, arms. My thought are actually huge. I'm supposed to take thyroid medication but I'm bad at taking pills and will more than likely have to have it removed due to graves disease. So I'm gonna try adrenal first and then thyroid.

  5. Hello Dr. Berg, I started having problems about 10 years ago. I started seeing all kinds of doctors for all kinds of problems with no resolve. I started doing my own research about 6 years ago and found things that added up but I didn't know how to connect the dots and the doctors brushed me off. I understand and have learned more in 2 hrs. of watching your videos than I have in 6 yrs. of research. Thank you for connecting the dots for me and confirming my research isn't something to be brushed off. Your a Godsend. Thank you.

  6. One of my ruptured disks ts right behind my stomach… If I eat more than a half of a cup at a time I experience burning pain!
    How can I get enough nutrition?
