What I Eat in a Day – Raw Vegan, Mostly Fruitarian, Simple Diet

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – RAW VEGAN | Join me on a day of juicing, eating raw, and working from home. Most of my meals are smoothies, fruit platters, raw veggies, and occasionally steamed food.

At the moment, I am trying to drink more water and keep up with my juicing routine! I’m also focusing on minimizing food waste and produce packaging.

  1. What do you love about your current diet? Is there anything you want to incorporate more? Share with me in the comments below. I will also share the reason why I started eating raw in my upcoming Q&A / Get to know me video!

  2. I like that you are comfortable setting your own boundaries on your vegan diet and that you don’t feel the need to strictly uphold what others define as the “correct” way to be vegan

  3. I love all your videos so much, they always calm me down and motivate me to be more mindfull and generally a better version of myself! I'm so happy that I've found your channel! <3

  4. I really like and respect you. You are committed, passionate, educated, and really sweet. Thank you for your channel. It came into my feed. I’m beginning to transition my life and you are a breath of fresh air.

  5. I respect how you don't force your diet to your cat .

Many vegan nowdays claims to do it bcs they respect and love animals but end up forcing their diet on those said animals and that level of hypocrisie is just disgusting .

  6. There is nothing natural about veganism. If you have to fly in your food and take laboratory made supplements, it's as far aways from local and natural you can get. You're so incredibly misguided, I wish YouTube would stop recommending your shit to me.

  7. I usually use zucchini, cucumber, squash to replace noodles. I shred them into strings and apply avocado and hemp oil and seed with some mushrooms and dried berries. Even though the taste for noodles is gone the thought of eating a fuller nutrient dense meal is appealing when needed. I no longer have the desire to eat cooked food and been eating raw since April 24 2018. I been vegan since 2010 but over the last year I haven't felt this good in a longtime, I feel like a kid in hs again full of energy and happy and thankful… Its an interesting feeling
