  1. Good video Tommy. So pleased to be able to follow your journey and totally agree with your therapist etc. Keep fighting for the animals and keep looking after yourself, there is so much more to life than an eating disorder !! xx hugs xx

  2. Can you rationally deny that humans have capability to kill animals in a way that’s far more peaceful than an animal having a natural death in the wild e.g. grow so frail & weak they cannot fend for thenselves, get eaten alive and die a very slow painful death?

  3. When I watch your videos, I see a kind and compassionate person. Your ED, is just a part of you, like any addict. As much as I feel it's important to be visible, to sway perceptions and fight those stigmas; with some high profile "influencer" with ED/orthorexia (and this platform being so terribly toxic in the comment section), I appreciate your support community recommending that you ease up on the self identifying. A lot of people use self-identifying as a means to attack, which is cruel, and hinders more than helps. Seems like storytelling and living vicariously is becoming a lost means to learn from. Anyhow, I digress; I appreciate you…thank you for your videos, and I look forward to seeing you again in the next one. Hope you have a lovely day.

  4. Glad your stepping away from ED talk because it definitely perpetuates it! I rarely mention it on my Instagram now (which was an ED recovery account 4 years ago) just because it's not at the forefront of my mind. The thoughts are very much still there just because of medication I'm on that can cause weight gain and because I get a lot of my intake from snacks because nausea. But I personally find talking about it makes me act on those thoughts and play up to it.

  5. That’s some
Of my favorite cereal! Yum! Fruit has been my main craving lately so that fruit looked awesome. Our subway doesn’t have corn! I love that you bring so much awareness to eating disorders! I love how you clarified the difference. I love that your heart is for activism and education the public on veganism.

  6. Positive intentions my friend, but respectfully don't like eating disorders being mentioned alongside veganism. They are not linked and I fear it solidifies judgement from the outside looking in. Totally get why you share your journey, but maybe keep separate in title? Again, this only comes from a place of friendship. Good wishes to you 💗

  7. I think you should stop talking about your ed eventually for your own mental health. People can look up your old content if they are interested in the topic. You look great by the way!
