  1. I could hear the disappointment in your voice. You are one of my favorite You tubers so I feel for you. You are so mature for your age. You know what and how to do it. You can do it again. I’m rooting for you.

  2. Your realness is the reason why people love your videos. I look at your videos for motivation and I love the fact that you keep it real when you're slightly off course. This is the realness of getting rid of extra pounds. God knows the road is not going to be perfect but it so worth it. I am so PROUD of you and all of your progress. I wish you much continued success because I know you will continue to make yourself and everyone else proud of you.

  3. It’s okay!! It happens. We ALL get off track. That’s why I Love the WW Community.. so supportive! you fall and get back up and keep going! Every day is a new day to do right 😊. Don’t be discouraged! Keep going!

  4. There’s nothing to feel embarrassed about. You’re going through such an amazing journey and have accomplished so much.

I started my weight loss journey (again) a couple weeks ago, and I get it. It can be frustrating when you expect certain results, but the scale (or life) doesn’t want to cooperate.

But we aren’t doing ourselves any favors by putting so much pressure on ourselves. It’s not realistic.

Ok, so you didn’t lose weight while traveling. That’s real life, and in the big picture of things it literally doesn’t matter. The weight will come off when you get home and get back into your new routine.

Ok, so the microwave is broken, and now you’re eating out for lunch. That’s real life, and it’s something you can adjust for next week. No biggie. The weight will come right back off after you figure out a new plan for lunch and get back into your new routine.

The main thing is that you’re replacing old habits with new habits, and that takes time. And it’s not a steady progression.

Real life has ups and downs. Learning to accept all of that as part of the process is healthy and will serve you in the long run.

    Anyway, hang in there!

Looking forward to the next update👍😁

  5. So much respect for keeping it real! Weight fluctuates and EVERY journey will have it’s hills and valleys. Maybe you didn’t lose twenty pounds but you were able to travel and have fun and enjoy yourself and you didn’t GAIN 10 pounds either! Don’t beat yourself up for being human and don’t give up💗💗

  6. Thanks for sharing. I'm on WW too and had some hard times. Have you tried intermittent fasting? If you drink Coffee you can try mixing Premier Protein in the coffee and ot makes the fast so much easier.

  7. Girl this is so encouraging. For me I wanna cry. I'm very inspired and I've been on my own weight loss journey and I've had my slip ups also but I have to keep going because I know I'm in a better place than I used to be.

  8. Giiiiiiirrrrrrl keep it up!!! A loss is a loss (weight wise) even if it’s just .6! I’m so happy for you! I learned the hard way that I’d have to isolate myself to get into grind mode .

  9. Must be something in the water. I just finished being mad at myself and ready to pull myself back together. I'm a new subscriber, however, have been following your journey. You've come so far, you can't give up now. Peace and blessings…

  10. GIIIIIIIIIIIIIRL: use that mad to relaunch for sure! But listen, just coming in here and telling the truth is a HUGE milestone for you! You’re acknowledging it instead of hiding like with church before. That’s awesome! And I have found your story so inspiring that I started weight watchers last week, we’re on board with you. YOU GO GIRL!

  11. Girl please don’t beat yourself up!! This is all part of the journey! I can relate to you in such a spiritual level, I understand! That’s literally
Me right now. It’s all a learning curve and an experience, you’re getting to know YOU and your weaknesses, you will get stronger! You can do this, I’m rooting for you. You have come such a long way and you should be proud of yourself! ❤️

  12. Girl !! Keep it up get back in track because you look great!! I can see a difference in you 😊 and you’re motivating me ! I started WW again … for the 2nd time. Lol thanks for being honest ! 💕

  13. I’m in the same boat. And goodness if I didn’t relate to your comparison to missing meetings to missing church. Dang, if I get that. Regrouping and moving forward.

  14. Wow congrats!!! I'm also on a weightloss journey started at over 600+lbs and currently weigh about 514-509lbs! Dont worry your doing great!!! You are closer to a reasonable weight then I am so enjoy your journey keep up the good fight!! Thanx for sharing!! It helps me with recording my journey as well🙏🏽💪🏽

  15. You definitely motivate and inspire me to consider doing weight watchers on day. Don’t beat yourself up and I know for a fact my weight goes up and down all the time. Sometimes I loose weight sometimes I gain weight. I’m going to work even harder than I’m doing now . You’re doing amazing job .

  16. I am in the same position I yo-yo up and down all month trying to include my high calorie foods.. I decided to eat clean: meat, fruit, veggies, and healthy carbs.( rice, yam, squashes, and some bread watching the labels). Now, I am force to get up and work out prior to work. The fitness world says it best to get it out the way first thing. My motto is to: Eat Clean to live lean. If I have a bad food day I need to make sure I keep it in my calorie range. Feeling is hungry no fun. Clean foods more filling and satisfying. Long term. Your video motivated me to start. Make your adjustments and keep moving forward. You inspire me. thank you for sharing!

  17. You can do it girl. I was stuck at one weight for almost a month but I just kept on pushing and when I weighed this morning I was losing again. Stuff happens, just don't focus on what already happened n keep pushing forward. Looking gorgeous

  18. Girl, you are being way too hard on yourself. Trust me when I say I totally understand falling off and how hard it is to get back into a routine. But you are human and the fact you didn't gain weight is a testament to how much you've grown throughout this journey. Give yourself some grace and get back into it! You've come so far so don't let these setbacks bring you down. Thank you for your honesty, this is real life! Keep it up girl, you got this!!!💪😅
