  2. Can we add lemons chilli powder and chat masala to everything we eat like salads n dal
    As u have said in the snack after breakfast that green tea with lemon has 70 calories n since green tea has zero calories does it mean that lemon has 70 calories..in that case adding lemon to dal or to veggies in every meal would increase my calories to more than 1433…
    Also in murmura or puffed rice can we add raw onions coriander leaves n lemon n tomatoes to make it tastier
    Also you havent added any dairy products like milk or curd or buttermilk. .can we have one cup of desi tea or coffee with milk in morning or buttermilk or curd during lunch ..
    I have two glasses of buttermilk during lunch which is lot of water n curd churned together and adding rocksalt n jeera powder to it
    Do we have to stop that
    Also you made a video two years ago about vegetarian diet for women in which u have changed the plan where u have given roti for breakfast…do we follow that plan or this one..
    Also to have same diet everyday is boring so can u give 3 or 4 choices for the main meals like maybe instead of dal one day we can have palak paneer or something like that
