  1. 15:0015:08 Becoming vegan did me do a big research on vitamins and minerals. So now I am more conscious what I eat. Like I thought, it is practically impossible to have a perfect vitamin-and mineralintake, as well for vegans(but we(most)vegans are conscious about it) and non-vegans.

  2. I read your book, very informational. But tell me why John Coleman founder of the weather channel said that global warming is a hoax. The 97% statistic of experts talking about global warming is false. Most of those 97% people never read the studies. I don’t know of anyone who has died of global warming, but I know lots of people who have died from heart disease. Over 500,000 people die of heart disease a year in the USA. How many die of global warming?

  3. My friend who was vegan now thinks all people need "some animal products" in diet to be healthy. He says all the plant doctors are stuck in observational study data etc.

  4. I grew up in Africa back in the 80s. We would eat meat three to four times a year and the rest of the year was all plants that we were growing in our land. Heart disease, HTN, and other cardio vascular diseases. My mother in her mid 70s takes zero medication, she does not even complain of headache.

The fact veganism requires total dedication, constant monitoring, support of dieticians, and super careful attention to detail in order not to become seriously ill should be enough to convince any moderately intelligent adult to NOT go down this path. If you want to be healthy, eat all the things vegan does plus the high omega-3 foods, fish, eggs and grass fed beef. This is what the majority of science recommends. Vegan diet is unnatural, a fad and invented by ideological animal rights fanatics.

  6. So many people I know who don't want to be vegetarians say they can't eat beans. The beans don't agree with them. They say that carbs and fiber and stuff like that cause them to bloat

  7. I say this as a new vegan, vegetarian all my life as well.

    Meat is healthy in some cases, less meat, more fruits and veggies, is healthy.
    Some of the main problems are processed meats, antibiotics in meat, too much meat, and of course…

    Yes you heard me, DAIRY SUCKS for your health. Cow milk is not good for humans, not very difficult to understand.

  8. This guy doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, don't listen to this man he's obviously has an agenda or something.
    Eating fat to lose weight actually does work if you stop eating grains and sugar. sugar is what tells your brain to start storing fat.
    if you're eating a high-fat diet your body will get in the ketosis and you'll start the burn fat trust me I've already done it it's hard for me to keep weight on when I eat high-fat. This guys being paid by somebody or something.
    the vegan diet is low fat and fat is incredibly important it should be at the top of the pyramid your brain is even made of fat.

  9. I have been a vegetarian since I was in my mom's womb. And today I'm 21, I've changed from vegetarian to vegan diet 4 years ago! I am proud to said that I am VEGAN! I am not alone! This is from Malaysia, which is kinda difficult to have vegan food variety LOL

  10. The ONLY problem w/what this dr says, is that he fails to specify how there's a major difference between SIMPLE carbs v. COMPLEX carbs, fat that is consumed from a WHOLE food v. fat that was separated from a food & bottled, etc…
