In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, I’m joined by Dr. Patrick Flynn to talk about 10 solutions to overcome infertility and naturally balance your hormones.

The rate of infertility continues to increase in America and around the world. Many blame the toxins in our modern world polluting the body and compromising precious functions, such as fertility, pregnancy and child birth.

What is infertility? Primary, infertility is defined as not being able to get pregnant despite having frequent, unprotected sex for at least a year. Secondary infertility is defined as the inability to become pregnant or to carry a pregnancy to term following the birth of one or more biological children. There can be many causes of infertility, including poor nutrition, emotional stress, sexually transmitted diseases, thyroid disorders, candida, medical conditions, eating disorders, excessive exercise, obesity, and hormonal problems.

Let us tell you about the best natural infertility treatment options that could help you and your partner to conceive sooner rather than later without timely, costly and often invasive infertility treatments.

  3. No matter how often you and your partner get horizontal, if you skip the key days out of the month when your egg is raring to go, you won't get pregnant. The biggest mistake patients make is not knowing exactly when they ovulate. Today, most doctors recommend using ovulation predictor kits (OPKs) for a more accurate measure of ovulation. Though you can still use basal body temperature (BBT) charting. OPKs give you advance warning that your egg is about to be released, so you can plan accordingly. OPKs work by detecting a surge in luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine, which occurs about 36 to 48 hours before you ovulate. So having sex before you ovulate boosts the chances that there'll be sperm around to greet your egg as soon as it debuts. When you’re trying to conceive, it gives you an incentive to hit the sheets all the time. But like anything, too much of a good thing can be bad. My doctor at Bio tex told me that the best way to get pregnant fast is to have sex once a day, every other day, during your fertile time right before and after ovulation. If you have sex too often, your partner’s sperm count may be lower, and if you don’t have enough, the sperm are old and can’t swim as fast.

  4. This is fantastic! You cover so many important topics and the explanations of each topic are so gery helpful. Please do a master class together. Could Cali Poppy be used for 15-21 year old males (who are adult height/weight) in a daily smoothie or as needed for panic/anxiety attacks?

  5. I am disappointed that neither of you have brought up the problem of electronic frequencies from cell phones and computers, towers etc.Plus gmo food contributes to the problem of not being able to reproduce. It is an evil and horrible method directly from the globalists to depopulate.Check out on this nasty subject. It is all planned out!I do appreciate your knowledge on so many things!!! Oh…..I hear now in the video you are addressing some of these things. THANK YOU both!!!

  6. Go tell your wife these stuff, Josh, she has the body of a dude and I heard her say in a video that she was surprised to find out she has hormone issues πŸ˜€ Pleeeeeeease. Even I knew that and I'm not a doctor like she is supposed to be.

  7. I can make sense of what this video is trying to say, ty. Some of the things mentioned are spot on. And that's even after going through Dobbie Nerkstrol's website as well… it makes it easy to comprehend how you can also get pregnant within 60 days, taking care of "infertility" in a proactive fashion.

  8. I can now see how stress can effect fertility and turn it into infertility. I have under stress since last couple of years. My husband and I have been facing some personal family issues (not among ourselves though). My husband is a great guy, he never lets me face most of it but seeing him taking all the pressure makes me very uncomfortable. Although I cannot express exactly what this is about but seeing this video does break a whole lot of knots in my head and I can confidently say that I can testify to stress being a solid reason to infertility for the men and women. The question however is that how can I avoid something that keeps dancing in my head all the time..?

  9. This was a good video. It is so important to follow this. A healthy diet and lifestyle can make all the difference. However, if your condition is already quite bad. Moreover, if you don't have time to fix these problems naturally, then you need something else. In my opinion, surrogacy remains the most popular choice. Just look at the waiting times in some clinics and you'll know how popular it is:

  12. Dr. Axe & Dr. Flynn – Thank You for this video! QUESTION – – You mentioned that California Poppy helps with anxiety/nervousness. Just hopped onto Amazon, and I have no clue what's good/what's not. There's ones with & without alcohols, capsules, drops, etc… Any thoughts or gentle guidelines on what to shoot for when shopping around for this?

  13. Thank you so much for this video. My husband and I are late bloomers (married 2 years now) and Im 34. He is currently deployed and back in a month so we want to prepare ourselves as best we can. Im about to make some bone broth and take a bath of salts abd lavender 😊

  15. love this channel. I'm extremely disappointed in this world we live in, sad to see we are all expendable ginne pigs and convenient cash cows and we don't even know it. I'm still hopeful to see this channel and others like it on main stream TV one day but the only way that's ever going to happen is if we're taken over by aliens who actually care about good health. fingers crossed.

  16. This is awesome! Dr. Patrick is the best. Such good information. I just don't know how to control my stress, even though I understand that's the biggest contributing factor to my hormone issues.
