Dr. Berg, 50 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. His private practice is located in Alexandria, Virginia. His clients include senior officials in the U.S. government and the Justice Department, ambassadors, medical doctors, high-level executives of prominent corporations, scientists, engineers, professors, and other clients from all walks of life.   1. What diet if I can't eat raw salads. I can't digest the fibres? What diet if I can't eat brocoli etc and grains? I seem to digest only butter ghee some oils and carbs and sugar. And I have to cope with bipolar and ibs.

  2. This is idiotic,you cannot just guess if a person is low in any nutrients you need blood tests for each individual.
    Even IF you fed someone with a perfect diet(which doesn’t exist) or lets say a near perfect diet,each individual absorbs nutrients at different levels,so with your 150,000 dollar software you are just guessing and giving a generalisation .

  3. Help. 😥😥 I am overweight. I took the test for a body type. It said I am adrenal. And it said I have a lot belly fat and skinny legs. And in real life I am the oposite. I have the most fat on my thighs, butt, and arms. Not on belly and neck.

    But from adrenal I am tired all the time and have problem with focusing. My hair are falling out a lot.

    I have a really big problem with knowing what type I am.

    Do you have a problem with that or is that easy for you?

  5. I would not trust a “doctor” who promotes ‘keto’ to teach me about getting a balanced diet. Keto is clearly an unbalanced fad diet that eventually leads high cholesterol levels in exchange for rapid fat loss. I’ve noticed that pretty much all long term keto adherents sound out of breath when they speak!

  6. By only listening to you and following probably 5% of your videos, I have lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, didn't diet, didn't even exercise, Did couple IF'S, and just trying to cut down sugars. By the way I got your electrolyte powder, Vit k2mk7, nutritional yeast and using all of these, and also feeling great and energetic.   7. I love what your doing, and i love your vids. Its awesome how your helping people be more healthy and live longer! But in the end i still think about how no matter what you eat or do our outcome is still the same..10 out of 10 people die. Where are you going when you die? Is the point of your life to try and make it last as long as possible and do things that make you happy and then, thats it just die and its over? What happens when you die is the most important thing you could think about, yet people try and keep from it…life is but a vapor, we are here for just a little while and will vanish. Thats why we should be storing up treasures in heaven..not striving atfter the things you cant take with you when you die…God bless you..Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one can come to the father except through him..He saved and changed me! All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, repent and put your faith in Jesus, Hes real. He loves you and died for you. Take care..

  9. If Republicans destroy the environment trying to eat healthy is useless. Clean water, clean air, a toxic free environment, clean food ('healthy' or not) is 90% of health. Another 9% is exercise. Eating, medicine, seeing a doctor or the ER, drugs etc is all within the last 1%. Thank you for your vids, Dr Berg. Within that 1% it really makes a difference.

  10. The perfect diet comes from God's word in the bible. He tells us what to eat. Genesis 1:29 which amounts to fruit, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and seeds first and foremost in their most natural form. God added meat after the flood but should be a supplement to the above diet. Don't make animal protein the main part of your diet. You will get plenty of vitamins and minerals without need for supplements. Get to know Jesus Christ our creator. He gave us everything we need in life. Read The bible, believe it and obey it. You will have good physical, spiritual and mental health. Jesus he came to give us abundant life. We don't know our creator and as a result we suffer for it. Instead we go to the elite and their children and maybe get some truth with a pile of lies and a whole lot of confusion. Jesus said,"I am the WAY, the TRUTH and the LIFE.
