  1. Can the “Doctor” take 1:45 minutes to educate himself before he tries to teach us?
He’s clearly confusing paleo with Kito- like diets in his argument, He then recommends a typical Paleo diet at the end🤨

  2. This was great, I been tryin to find out about "paleo potato chip substitute" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about – Diyarter Benaylee Cure – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

  3. I am a biochemist..doctor, you have no idea what you are saying. You just confirmed at the end of the video exactly what paleo diet actually is. I suggest you stop making fool out of yourself and please erase this nonsense.

  4. Hit a Dodo bird over the head? Who's paying you? Yeah I'm going to look into Paleo for sure now, any time humiliation is used you know Big Cartel is at work trying to deter you. Humiliation is Abuse!

  5. Thank you for your honesty Dr Heber I was considering trying this diet, but I think I'll just do what you said eat fruits vegetables minimum amounts of grain and trigger foods

  6. Sure, the average lifespan was around 40…but if you did not die from childhood infectious illness or an injury, the average lifespan was over 70. Food doesn't kill people. What's killing people is the plastic and toxins dumped into our environment from manufacturing, refining, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, etc.
