  7. I just finished the 60 minute dance workout, and I loved it! I finally found a morning routine that I can stick to and will look forward to getting it done by dancing. I loved all the dance workouts except for the jumping jacks, but overall, it's a great exercise that getting you to sweat while enjoying these different dance moves. Thank you, Michelle!
