  1. I love listening to this video. It's so relaxing and I sleep better than I have in a long time. I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks. That makes a total of 105 lbs.   4. I have been listening to this one in a combination with 2 other weight loss subliminals from an hour and after those one of 10 hours for the remaining hours that I sleep. I won’t promise that I will keep updating, but:

    Night 1: I ate a lot the day before. I woke up and still lost 0,7 kg (1.5 pounds).

    Night 2: I had nightshift and I couldn’t sleep during the day. So I ended up eating during the day and night. When I woke up I still lost 0,9 kg (2 pounds). So 1,6 kg (3.5 pounds) in 2 days is absolutely not bad! I am so happy and can’t wait to see how it will be tomorrow. After I graduated I will focus on going the gym and eating properly again as well. Hopefully the results will even get better than. 😀

    Night 3: Lost another 0,7 kg (1.5 pounds). So that is 2,3 kg (5 pounds) in total now.

  5. soooooo it was 3 am in the morning and i was really tired. i saw the word "meditation" and clicked. i didnt even bother to read the title. so as i was at the doctor, i expected to weigh 50kg, but i now only weigh 48 kg. lol no one cares

  6. I went to their facebook site and sent them an instant message asking them about the chatter that we can't understand. This is their response:

    They are known as below threshold subliminal affirmations, and are played at a level which is just below the threshold 9f conscious hearing, which makes it easier for the positive commands to be embedded into your subconscious. It also makes it easier to drift off to sleep if the talking isn't too loud.

    Personally, if I don't know what they're saying, They could be casting a spell on me or giving my soul to Satan for all I know. I will not use it. There are plenty of other weight loss meditations on youtube that don't have the subliminal chatter that we can't understand. I will try those instead.

  7. So I’ve been listening to this video, combined with other videos, and I can honestly say it’s been working. I haven’t been feeling as hungry as before, I’ll just make myself small portions of food here and there, my jeans don’t fit me as tight from tummy area anymore, and overall I’m starting to look thinner from my stomach. And my boyfriend, who I haven’t seen since winter break started three weeks ago because he works a lot, met up with me yesterday and he spent a few minutes looking me up and down and asks me, “Have you been working out? Those jeans fit you a little tight before, but now they look smoother. And your tummy looks a little slimmer too, what have you been doing?”

    If other people can see my results, then I know it’s definitely working. Going to keep listening 🤘🏻

  8. Listened to this for about 30 minutes the night before last while dozing off. I realized yesterday I ate earlier than normal, I didnt do any extra snacking, and I didn't overload my plate!!

  9. After listening to this the night before, I had to run out determined go rollerblading and go biking and get active. I biked 5 miles and had the energy and enthusiasm to do so.
