  3. Bro if we skip meal 3 n 4 😀?????? Bcz I don't feel hungry after iftar… Plus I have only two toast and one boil egg in ifatr +mango shake without adding sugar in it….and in iftar I also don't eat much…. Now after 25Th days of fasting m feeling I have gained weight why is tht so????? 🙁 and whn I felt hungry btwn thm I always had watermelon water added with lil ginger lil mint and one spoon of chia seeds in it….
