    weight 113 kg
    i think my body needs 2500 calories a day in this case iam just eating 900 calories..

The key to weight loss is sticking with your BMR.Calculate your BMR and plan your daily calorie intake according to it with some cardio and strength training,I urge not only women with PCOD but all women please do not follow any of this fad diets,they have strong &hazardous effect on your uterus and fertility.Just ditch junk,start eating wholesome food.There are facts and research stating this.

I tried this diet for only one day and I can see the the difference in weight loss but I can’t skip my tea 🙁 any suggestions? God bless x

Hi Vicky I started OMAD diet yesterday after 23 hours fasting I started my meal with 2 datefruit and 6 peanut and half glass of water after my meal was quinoa salad with small size of avocado with 200 of chicken breast, so as I star my meal I just felt I am done I mean I am full please is that normal? Is anyone else felt same thing?
