Girl if you want to lose weight than all you have to do is Intermittent Fasting, and since you are a female than you would have to adjust the fasting from 16-8 to 14-10 or 12-12 so for men you would fast and drink water for 16 hours and have an eating window of 8 hours, but since females have different hormones you should fast less time, but if you don't feel nauseous or weird than just extend the fast, you could also try Keto but that would be a lot of effort, and yes HIIT burns a lot of calories good work girl!

  2. You are so lucky you lost all of the "unwanted" fat in your back and stomach but you kept the good fat in your breast and butt! Thats hard to do! It's bitter sweet to lose weight and lose ya boobs too, but I am happy to be healthy.
