Hey guys!! Sharing my meal planning with you and how I have shed all of the baby weight so far! I gained 42 lbs this pregnancy and have now lost 55 lbs since having Ryker. I still have about 65 to go for my ultimate goal, and will continue to breastfeed as well. I hope this gives you guys a good idea as to what I eat to lose the weight without sacrificing my milk supply!

  1. Loved this video. I need to start meal prepping again. I used to while dieting, but while being pregnant I’ve dreaded being in the kitchen. I used to love to cook!   2. What are some things you eat for snacks/sweet cravings? I do so well with my meals but it’s snacks and sweet cravings I struggle with! Would love to see What I Eat In A Day videos!
