  1. Everything looked delicious! New subscriber! I found one of your grocery haul videos from a year ago and started watching. Loving your recipes! Thanks for sharing them. Blessings from Arkansas!

  2. Are you willing to share the hush puppies recipe from your mom? If it’s top secret that’s cool and get it but had to at least ask! Everything looks amazing! So hungry now 🙂

  3. Do you plan out you breakfast and lunch or just buy set thing each week?
I normally just have a mixed set of supplies that the kids can make stuff on their own but I am thinking about planning it out this month to see how that changes things up for us

  4. Hi! I just want to thank you for all your delicious recipes. I love to cook but I was getting frustrated and needed new recipes! Tonight I made your mom’s meatloaf and corn casserole. My family raved about how good it was. I haven’t had compliments for a while cause they were getting used to all my normal recipes. I just started following you and am looking forward to all your recipes. I could never keep up with how organized you are and I really admire you for that. You have a very lucky family and it seems you are lucky with your husband and family too!
Thank you again! I would like to request some more desserts. I love to bake and I bet you have some great recipes.
I live in So. California and everyone eats so healthy. It is really nice to see well -rounded hearty meals!

  5. Shelby – I love your videos. I watch them all.

You cook these amazing dinners, but where do you eat them?

Your dinning room table is always set beautifully so I suspect not in there. Yet your island doesn’t appear to have a ltable space.

Where do you as a family for informal dining?

  8. Shelby, I've made a few of your meals…the Hoagie sandwiches at least 2x now. I can't recall if you buy your meat already shaved or if you do it yourself. I have only found it locally (in Oregon) at Trader Joes and it's still a bit on the spendy side. Do you have any tips for shaving meat? All of my two attempts have failed. 🙁

  9. Shelby Shelby Shelby!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍴👏🍴🍴🍴🍴👏👏💖💜💖💜💖💜💖💜💖💜💜💜💜🙏😘😙😘😚 Ina is amazing. I have spoken with her. Melts my heart and You remind me of her.. both of you are very special to my heart.

  10. You know, I think we are pretty close in age, but I really wish you would adopt me. 😊 How do you deal with the oil from frying? That is the main reason I almost never fry anything. Oil is too expensive to throw away a large amount, I dont even know the right way to dispose of it, and trying to reuse it either gives the next thing I cook strange flavors or it goes rancid before I want to reuse it. (I do try to strain it, but that makes a mess to clean up, too) Also, I grew up in the South and I always get the feeling maybe you did, too, or are from somewhere like Texas? I think it is the way you cook.

  11. I bet those Philly Cheesesteaks were delicious with the compound butter on them!! I LOVE having that on hand. I am all out, and butter has not been on sale in a long time. That Prime Rib was a teaser, in the opening, and I am starving. Thank goodness I am having a ribeye for dinner, with some baby portabellas. Great video. I have used your method on my Prime Rib, ever since I first saw it, so much better than using a meat thermometer, because I know exactly what time it will be ready, for guests!💖

  12. Gosh everything you've had on the menu looks amazing … thank you so much for showing us how to make all those yummy dishes for our own family.
