  1. Awesome video Graham! I eat in the same fashion–don't buy eggs, dairy or meat. Eat a little fish. Btw I had no idea you are 50! I am 52, and people tell me I don't look my age either. I attribute it to healthy eating and biking! Gotta get the cardio!

  2. Huge supporter of the show–rokfin member–much love Graham! Been obsessed with learning for many years and just wanted to share something that speaks to the possible misconception of 'humans' impact, or addition, to climate change–if you can't make it 5-7 mins through this Infomentary, you're just not willing to listen to the other side, and you should not voice your opinion.

    Knowledge is Power–Awareness is Key
I have spent the last 5 years trying to raise awareness, in many areas, taking time to record things like Ty & Charlene Bollinger's 'Eastern Journey Through Asia: The Truth About Cancer' Premier, and the recent 5G Crisis Summit, setting an entire week aside to capture, what I had expected to be, just as powerful as it was. From 'Take Back Your Power' by the host of the 5G Summit, to 'Gaza: Fight for Freedom' by Abby Martin, to things like 'Islam and the Future of Tolerance' by Sam Harris & Maajid Nawaz, or 'Psychedelica' on Gaia, to even independent productions on YouTube, like 'A Species with Amnesia' by The Angry Hippie–I'm over 600gb in Documentaries/Docu-series and Infomentaries, and over 600 digital books; I say again, I'm obsessed, and ask that you don't hold, too hard, to any idea or perspective. I'm constantly updating my opinion–a good recent example: I used to say that the diet of the animal agriculture industry, the grain and soy, was creating an acidic gut biome, that was a perfect environment for cancer, and that we should look to our dinner tables as an answer to the question on why the up-tic on diagnosis…now, I'm accepting the possibility that Wireless, and man-made EMF/RF frequencies that we bathe in, some more than others, could be a significant factor. Cheers, to learning!

  3. The fact that a highly selected small cohort are the longest lived does not support your case, there are many other lifestyle factors that could account for that (not drinking, smoking, not eating junk food and, hardly least, their genetic endowment). Of course vegetarianism and even veganism can contribute to a longer life, but you must consider the other variables, folk who take their food so seriously tend to lead generally healthier lifestyles, be better educated and of a higher socioeconomic status than folk who include meat in their diet. It's complicated.

  4. Yo…cows eat grass (and love it!). Farmers like GABE Brown in ND or Joel Salatin in Virginia are on right path. Watch and listen to some of their videos. Climate change is a scare tactic to convince people to vote a certain way ( which controls how their tax money is spent). Be smart…not sheep.

  5. Thanks for covering this in a reasonable way. I was quite disappointed in how this topic was addressed during the climate CRISIS town hall. How big of a crisis does something need to be before we hold ourselves accountable? "One person can't make a difference," said millions of people…

  6. they’d have almond mylk if their customers began to request it tho. every effort is helpful, but one great joy of being vegan is having a solid value system, living it, and demanding that others examine their own ethics too.

  7. Yes, Graham, I had a customer complaining that the plastic bag company in California laid off so many workers… CT has banned plastic bags. I wanted to bring the horse & buggy workers.

  8. I became Vegetarian about 12 years ago for ethical reasons. I was very disturbed by the torture of animals on Factory farms. Then I discovered that eating animal products also contributes to the climate crisis. I finally went Vegan about 2 years ago and my doctor says I'm the healthiest I've ever been. This is a Win-Win situation! Thanks Graham!

  9. Vegetarian for 6 years, Best decision I ever made. It’s not as hard as you think. Once you stop eating meat the thought of it will make you sick and you’ll never want it again. Much more energy and better digestion. Best of all you feel great that you’re not killing and eating animal flesh.

  10. a vegan diet will not "save the planet" and to believe so is lazy and intellectual dishonesty. sustainability and regenerative agriculture, that includes ruminant animals. Vegan diets will kill you and you will not stay healthy for long. Good luck!

  11. Yes, I've been waiting for you to hit on the topic of animal agriculture and it's effects on climate change. 8 billion people with collectively 80 billion livestock animals is unsustainable. Thank you Graham.

  12. Thanks for covering this, Graham. It's very discouraging seeing other progressive outlet discount individual efforts to tackle climate change because "it's the corporations' fault." Yes, but no matter what regulations we put in place, it's never going to be sustainable to feed billions of people animal products.

  13. This seems to resemble the addiction to cigarette smoking. The price of meats especially beef should be raised. There are also natural grazing lands to put cattle, buffalo etc. without slash and burning forest.

  14. Vegan doesn't automatically equal healthy. And meat doesn't automatically equal bad. A vegan eating 400 grams of carbs per day will die before a meat eater eating clean grass fed organic meats.

  15. Not a vegan but I try not to eat cows or chicken. Try to buy happy local pork and eggs. Try to buy sustainable wild caught fish. My downfall is cheese. I love cheese. It’s hard to find guilt free cheese. I was going to go vegan, but went keto instead. I prefer game, deer, elk, buffalo…

  16. I got full bloodwork done before and 18 months after going vegan (3+ years ago). Everything not so good is fine now. Everything fine before got better. I do weight training 3x a week at 55 and feel great. Myths about protein deficiency are just that: myths.

  17. Re Climate Change what is the biggest source of 'Green House Gas'? Co2? It is the Oceans, Oceans cover 90% of the planet..so do we tax the Oceans? How come no one in this Climate Change community ever acknowledges, talks about Geo Engineering and The spraying of Aerosol particulates in our atmosphere? What I saw in Vancouver skies a few days ago was absolutely disgusting, clear blue sky turned into a milky grey crud watching the planes spewing their aerosols…temp dropped about 8 deg within 30mins and sun was obscured…gross and disturbing!

  18. Lol I was at the jimmy Dore show last Saturday in Denver and had time to talk to him about veganism but I got too shy and just said take care of yourself, we are gonna need you for a while. He just chuckled.

Besides Secular Talks excuse that its all about the top 100 companies is a hallow dodge of a vegan world. But I suppose im biased.

  19. I went vegan over night easily. My wife and I pulled out the trash can and read every label in our pantry and fridge and through away every non vegan item. Then looked on line for vegan replacements. Easy peazy. Looked online to make sure we had some basic knowledge on how to maintain a healthy vegan diet and we feel great. Been vegan for a long time.

  20. Glad you're not afraid to talk about that. Most people will be first in line to condemn oil and natural gas, but they stay silent on animal agriculture, because then they actually have the power to do something about it… and that's when you realize, they don't actually want to.

  21. IPCC report? Must be true! 😂 Truth is the IPCC is a globalist political organisation known to cherrypick science and also falsify climate data to fit its agenda (UN. Agendas 21 & 2030). So time to question more and, perhaps also take a basic sciences course and also undertake some historical research about what kind of diet we as a species evolved to thrive upon? Clue: not on carbs or low fat. Just sayin'.

  22. Do these people no know were carnaviors, thats why we have fangs, for riping. Instead of putting them out of business tell your government and the navy to stop putting cemicals in our skys

  23. You're 100% correct about human beings not being compatible with cow milk, because we don't have the digestive system of cows.. Our stomach lining is thinner! Where you're going wrong is in thinking you could stop climate change by simply not eating meat. You're not going to put cattle ranchers out of business, you're just changing their customers to foreign not domestic. Same thing the Hindus did when they convinced Indians, cows are somehow sacred. India has more people per square inch than that of the usual state. This solution of illusion, was created to cover a deficit on import/exports. If land is reduced over the next couple of decades, this means less room for cattle ranchers. Less room of course, means less product. Less product means, meat eaters pay more due to supply and demand. If I'm to be a meat eating wealthy individual, the last thing I'd like to see is increase price on my luxury. I'd rather you not have, than I.. climate change is going to happen and we can't stop it, no matter how much funds we poure into weather control (chemtrail operations etc). It's part of our earth's natural cycle. It's relevant in our solar system, eco system and circadian system..

  24. AND BTW – I GAVE UP DRINKING SODA SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND I FEEL BETTER PHYSICALLY, NO MORE UPSET STOMACH, AND I'M NOT GIVING MY $ TO COKE & PEPSI & ALL THE OTHER GREEDY INCS THAT ARE DOING NOTHING TO HELP THEIR WORKERS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!

  25. YES! FACTORY FARMING NEEDS TO BE BANNED!! IT'S DISGUSTING, IT'S ADDING TO THE AMOUNT OF TOXINS & POLLUTION IN NOT ONLY THE ENVIRONMENT, BUT THE ANIMALS ARE NOT HEALTHY EITHER! AND NO ONE IS BENEFITING FROM THIS CORRUPT SYSTEM
PLUS WHO WANTS TO EAT FOOD THAT COME FROM UNHEALTHY ??
I HARDLY EVER EAT MEAT, I AM SORRY I JUST CANNOT GIVE UP WHOLE MILK, HOWEVER I GET IT FROM A LOCALLY SOURCED FARM IN MY STATE, AND I IMPLORE EVERY1 TO LOOK FOR LOCAL & ORGANICALLY SOURCED FOODS! I SUPPORT MY LOCAL ECONOMY & THE PRICES ARE NOT AS HIGH AS PEOPLE MAKE THEM SOUND!! LOCAL FARMER'S MARKETS ARE ANOTHER GREAT OPTION!!
THANKS 4 MAKING THIS VIDEO!! MORE PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS!!
