  1. I'm in day 4 of keto. I'm craving sugar REALLY REALLY REALLY bad :(. It's all I can do to keep from eating my kid's snack gummies. The fucked up part is I don't even like gummies! Ughhhh ready for sugar cravings to go away already.

  2. Just tried this texture of the cake is on point but i used stevia instead of the swerve and I regret it because its too bitter but I will be purchasing the swerve

  3. Don't like first ingredient – milk chocolate. It would be great if it was available sweetened with sweet leaf stevia, but it is all sweetened with sugar. No matter how low carb, it will throw you out of keto. Would be happy if you or anyone else could come up with a version where no sugary milk chocolate is utilized.

  4. Amazing brownies. I melt butter and chocolate in my kitchen aid bowl over a water bath. Mix the rest in when slightly cooled. Made them with softened cream cheese. Baked them 325F 18min only. Let cool before cutting. Delicious!

  5. Just put my first batch into the oven, and if the brownies taste as good as the batter, I may have a new favorite keto dessert. Thanks much for posting this.

  6. I don't like this. It's not easy to come by low carb chocolate. So why not just offer an alternative to this, like more cocoa powder, with some cream and a zero carb sweetener? Idk, I'm not a cook.

  7. If you're waiting for keto friendly foods to appear in your supermarket, be patient. It will happen eventually. But, bear in mind that the sugar lobby is huge and has ties to both the Democrat and Republican parties. This is why a can of green beans may actually contain some sugar. There's sugar in everything because sugar is such a huge lobby. And that industry is not going to be happy about the keto diet. If we just keep calling for these sugar-free products, eventually companies will produce them for us and as more companies begin to do that, the price will come down. Until then, we just have to hang on and know that what we're doing with this diet is good for us and be content with that. As for almond flour…you can find it in your grocery store now, but it's expensive. So are almonds in nut form, though.

  8. there's 18 million people on YouTube doing keto all of a sudden which is really just the Atkins diet the very Atkins that very essence of Atkins when it started out. So why hasn't anybody opened up a place where we can actually buy these products already made without having to pay $15 for two brownies?

  9. I like to write I like to write down the ingredients as I'm watching the video but the video writing is in white and because of the background it's very very hard to see the small writing you're putting up there can you make it bigger and start using black so we can really see it? Just suggestion
