  1. I'm the V frame (inverted triangle) and I really hate it when they present it with big boobs mine are small and wide shoulders the V frame is basically broad shoulders and small hips not necessarily big chest

  4. I just love her. I know I never quite fit the Endomorkph, Ectomorph, can't remember the last. It's hard to measure using pictographs and not real people. Two of the six, the hour glass and the oval, I'm not sure. The are almost similar and would have to say I'm a combo of both. In ayurvedic medicine, I would be Kapha-Pitta. Oh, well…..

  5. I am an 8 frame. Based on my experiences you are Absolutely correct… I lose weight crazy fast when I exercise.
    I've 45lbs in 2 months with healthy eating, walking, and HIIT everyday.
    Its a pain getting started but once I'm in exercise mode I am a beast.
    I'm glad that I found your video to help me get there again.

  6. Not sure if I am the ruler shape…
    I have small shoulders, smaller waist, small hips& long legs with a bum. I will say I’m abit curvier than a ruler shape.
