  8. Hello, thank you so much for your video! I have been on a vegan whole food plant based diet for 3 weeks now. I have a BMI of 32 and I’m 28 years old. I’m really happy with the way I’ve been eating, I feel great 👍🏻 But it doesn’t show on the scales 😓 What am I doing wrong ??

  9. Great point about calorie counting. One of my clients was actually using a scale to weight their food, counting calories, and all their macros, and they couldn't gain any weight. I told them to throw their scale in the garbage because they're driving themselves crazy! It's not just about hitting your goals…it's about being happy, spreading love, and living a great lifestyle. I told him to focus on getting a more colorful plate and and getting their micronutrients. It helped him a lot and he started putting on the pounds! Great job Matt.
