  2. Hello Vicky…. As u already mentioned that it's for maintenance but could wes till lose weight by following this diet…. I want to follow it, I'm 28 yrs old and started PT 2 days ago and current weight 102🙄. According to my trainer I should take around 1800 calories/day. Ur other diets r very low on calories and I'm an extreme foodie. Don't have the guts to follow them. And my workouts r High intensity too. Will be waiting for ur response.
