To give you a back story, I work best in stressful, timely environments so; a crazy one week crash diet just works best for me. Afterwards I’m able to start and actual normal diet with ease.
I’ve been tweaking and perfecting this diet over many years now as a model that eats like a pig and then has an unexpected photo shoot in a week. Yes, there are many risks with crash diets which is why I’ve spent time making adjustments to mine.

    • i weigh 209 pounds 🙁

    •most of my fat congregates in my thighs and my pelvic/lower abdomen area, so my main goal is to gain muscle and tone my thighs/my abdomen. I also need to lose fat in the same areas/all around my body.

    •by mile, i mean running or walking a mile either on a treadmill, stairs, or an elliptical. I also will be incorporating weights later on, because i know cardio isnt all i need 🙂

    •also im doing ten likes because i see these sort of comments get a lot of likes and im not trying to run my legs off😅
