Healthy chana chaat
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup boiled red kidney beans (raaj maa)
1 cup boiled potato (cut into cubes)
2 tablespoon sliced onion
2 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilli
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon tamarind sauce
Fresh coriander and mint few leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon yoghurt
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and spices.
Pour it into a serving bowl, 2 tablespoon of yoghurt.sprinkle some red chilli flakes on top and garnish with mint.Enjoy your healthy channa chaat..
