Ingredients:

EARLY MORNING : 6AM – 6.30 AM

1 Lemon Juice + 200 ml of warm water

OR

Fat Cutter Turmeric Tea

BREAKFAST : 8 AM – 9 AM

( Egg Oats Omelette + 1 Cucumber )

Egg Oats Omelette :

Egg – 2
Coconut Oil – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Onion – 1 tbsp
Chopped Carrot – 1 tbsp
Chopped Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Chopped Greenchilli – 1/4 th tsp
Oats – 2 tbsp
Oregano (Optional)
Rock Salt Powder – 1/4th tsp
Black Pepper powder – 1/4th tsp

2 HOURS AFTER BREAKFAST :

Have A Bowl Of Fruits

Pineapple / Papaya / Watermelon ( any 1 of them )

LUNCH : 1PM – 2 PM

( 2 Hard Boiled Eggs + 1 CUCUMBER + 1 Apple )

EVENING SNACKS :

3 Almonds and 3 Walnuts

DINNER : 8 PM – 9 PM

( 1 Bowl Egg Salad )

Egg Salad :

3 boiled eggs ( use only white parts )
Chopped Cucumber – 1
Chopped Onion – 1tbsp
Chopped Tomato – 1
Chopped Green Chilli – 1
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon

( Have a Glass of Detox Water After Every Meals )

Detox Water :

Pudina /Mint Leaves – 3 tbsp
Cucumber Sliced – 1
1 Lemon Juice
Lemon Slices

( Have A Cup Of Fat Cutter Green Tea 30 Minutes After Every Meals )

Water – 1.5 Cup
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp

    I wake up around 3 or 4 pm and that's when my day starts. I come home from work around 4:30 am and thats when I prefer to go for a walk or exercise.
