  1. I'm sorry to say but all of what you two are talking about is so disorded and really triggering. "You can't do that, you can't do that"…. Also, food combinding is 100% pseudo science and should not be teached and talked about like this!

  6. There is actually no scientific evidence supporting food combining…It's disappointing to see a pharmacist like Mona promoting something that isn't grounded in research. The human body has the ability to digest all macronutrients at the same time, there are virtually no foods that don't contain all three carbs, proteins, and fats to some amount.

  7. 🙋🏼‍♀️ question about food combining: if you are making a protein smoothie, using vegan protein powder, flax seed, 1/2 cup fruit, almond milk and mct oil, are you combining? Or is it still okay to use the fruit with these ingredients?
