  1. Man, this video came across this video at the right time. Great presentation! I could hear in your voice you were from "home" (I'm a translpanted Westbank native) and seeing her Saints hat tells me I may be right. 🙂 So glad to find your channel… subscribed on the spot!

  2. ive tried losing weight multiple times since i was 14. at my heaviest i was 345lbs. Now i am 26 years old and weight 290 just with cardio and diet. I know that is alot of weight lost but i still feel like im just beggining. I know i have to start weight training ASAP but damn i am so horribly intimidated. I feel like i am being judged by the pros in there or being laughed at by assholes. I know its all in my head but i just cant shake off the feeling. This video did inspire me though, i think im gonna go super early to the gym when its a bit more private, get comfortable with the machines and well take it from there.

  3. I'm terrified about going to the Gym – I know it's silly but I'm overweight etc. etc. and don't have a clue what I'm doing…BUT everyone starts somewhere so I'm just going to pop in. This video helped a lot and I didn't realize the instructions where on the side of the machines! I think as you said the first step is just getting used to going even if it is just to use some of the cardio machines then progess on! Many thanks for this!

  4. The bike is not a complete waste of time I started at 345 I am now down to 298 3 months later with the stationary bike at max resistance I could not do the treadmill or the eliptical because of the strain it put on my ankles. Please dont assume an exercise is useless to everyone just because it was useless to you.

  5. What can I do to begin progressing my weight loss journey? I’m a truck driver, and work 12-14 hours a day. I get one day off a week, and I know this isn’t healthy for me. I have made drastic changes to my diet (cooking and prepping my meals, loading up on green veggies, and cutting out dairy, most carbs, and limiting what meats I eat). I’ve noticed a slight change and my stomach is sloooooowly losing mass, but I’d like to be able to bulk up my chest, arms, and legs a bit. How should I approach this given my current situation?

  6. Great video, two great people, really helpful for me as ive only just started going to the gym. You also didn't overload us with a load of useless information about "macros" and all that like a lot of youtubers do, you just stuck to what to do at the gym, great video
