CLOUD BREAD: A KETO RECIPE FOR A LOW CARB KETO DIET!!!

How would you like to enjoy a sandwich on the Keto diet? Who wouldn’t, right! But, what do yo do for bread??? Well, here’s your answer…Keto Cloud Bread! I get asked to do a video on Keto Cloud bread all the time…so here’s the recipe!

THIS BREAD ROCKS! It’s great for sandwiches, burgers, grilled cheese, toast and anything else you can think of. Now, it’s not crusty and dense like Italian bread, it’s like a hamburger bun only lighter…hence the name. You will love it, especially if you season it like I did.

This is a must have if you are doing a Keto diet, low carb diet, looking for low carb recipes or even doing the Paleo diet

3 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cream of tarter
Garlic powder

Macro’s per slice:

Calories 85
Fat 7 gms.
Carbs 1gm
Protein 3.8 gms.

  1. A trick I use when separating multiple whites from yolks is to first separate the whites into a smaller bowl and then add it to the bigger bowl one at a time. That way, if I mess up and get yolk in it, I haven't wasted however many eggs I've already separated. It's one more dish to clean but I think it's worth it. Hope this helps!

    Also, can you make a cookbook??? I would buy that in a heartbeat!!

  2. New Subscriber. Maybe add yeast to your cloud bread. Not as a leaven agent but as a flavor agent. It might add to the flavor and make it taste more like white bread. Just a thought

    A week ago, Vova and I went on a keto diet. And we try to cook various keto-recipes. Today we have prepared keto buns, as there is not enough bread
    Cooking them easy. We will need:
    ✔ 4 eggs
    ✔ 50 gr. almond flour
    ✔ 4 tbsp. olive oil
    ✔ 1 tbsp. oregano
    ✔ salt to taste

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into molds.
    We bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
    Keto-buns are ready !!!

    so we cook keto bread in Russia

    For the preparation we need:

    🔹️ 100 g coconut flour

    🔹️ 50 g of flax seeds

    🔹️ 6 eggs

    🔹️ 100 ml of water

    🔹️ 0.5 tsp baking powder

    🔹️ 0.5 tsp soda

    🔹️ 2 tsp vinegar

    🔹️ salt to taste

    ✔ First mix all bulk ingredients and mix well.

    ✔ Then add eggs, water and vinegar and mix thoroughly again.

    ✔ Put our dough in the form and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C

  8. well i just fixed my cloud bread…turned out great except when i went to take off wax paper it pulled off bottom so now i have very very thin bread…lols…but it taste so good…my bread from now on…thank you

  9. These look just like Dutch egg cakes (Eierkoeken). I wonder if sprinkling a little cinnamon on them would make them great snacks. I have to give these a try.
