  1. This is a fantastic explanation of the meal plan! I am on week 3 and was so nervous about whether I'd be able to follow a meal plan. I love that all you have to do is pick from a readily available list of items. No guesswork or stressing. I keep track of my food in a notebook and it's going great! The best part…I haven't eaten salad in weeks! Lol I had gotten in a rut where it was salad every day for lunch, and I was still so hungry. I almost feel like I'm cheating because I eat more now.

  2. HELP! I am 61, 5'4". I weigh 123 lbs. This is the second time I have done the Beast and each time I lose my abs. I eat according to the plan, never gain more than 4-5 lbs of muscle but lose my abs. What can I do?
