  3. Thank you Felicia. I 100% believe you. Last summer I was doing 30 mintues to an hour cardio like every day and I lost a lot of weight. I never weighed myself cause I was scared of stepping on to a scale and seeing how much I weigh but I could tell in the way my clothes fit. And a lot of people would ask me if I lost weight. But running everyday was getting boring and I noticed I was starting to push myself harder to excersize until I got soo tired I just stopped running for like 2 months and gained some of it back. So I decided to start again but slower. So i started walking and now I'm adding some resistance instead of cardio and it actually gets me sweating just as much or even more than when I would only run. I'm still trying to figure out my routine but it feels a lot less burdensome. I like feeling the burn in my muscles and when I get bored of an excersize I try to change it up. And I only do it for like 20 to 30 minutes. So far it's helping.

  4. Hi Felicia – Im just starting my ww journey at 333 pounds after a stall in weight loss or rather the lack of trying after weight loss surgery (7 years out). My highest weight was 431.2. I started ww Jan 3,2019 after realizing my life was being lived on the sidelines. You are so very lucky to realize this at your age. Much like you, Ive had the same experience since joining ww. Its not the program, it's the mindset and sustainability. Everything you said was spot on. I have no doubt this is my lifelong journey and i'm enjoying every minute. Up until this year I had no concrete aspirations. Now I have a goal and taking the steps to reach my goals. I want to help others like us that struggle to find the answers.   5. I am only 16 and I weigh 291 pounds. I just do not know how to do this. I have been watching your videos and they really help. I am just very nervous about having extra loose skin after losing.   6. I joined a gym 3 months ago…. Started doing zumba classes 3 times a week
    ..only problem is my 4 year old hates the daycare…..#momguilt….. I'm hurting myself i weigh 215lbs and I'm 5 4' so it looks like im 300lbs i know i just need to make her go….. But i feel so horrible…. How do you deal with your son and going to the gym….cause I've put everything on hold…. And I'm tired i want this so bad and i always say ohhhh next week ….or ohhhhh tomorrow… Getting started is the hardest……

  7. I am here you to tell that one bad day or five cookies is not going to ruin your progress but quitting definitely will. I started extreme diet ( eggs, apple, green tea, oats) but it last only for one day. Then after i thought of quitting as it was hard for me. I knew if I continue that way i will welcome big problem. But i am now giving a try my own diet plan which i am happy with. I start my day with 8 to 10 minutes excercise and drink as much water as i can.
    Brkfast Apple and eggs
    Launch. One cup of rice and veggies
    Dinner. Bread or light foods
    It already has been a month and i am realising little changes in my body. This way i don’t feel like quitting rather i am adopting it and its fun.

  8. When you first started did you hit a Plato? What did you do to break that Plato? Did you switch up foods? I started a month ago, and I’ve been 196 for 3 weeks. I feel stuck here and it’s discouraging.

  9. Last week I cleaned up a little eating and I added a lot of greens and have been drinking nothing but water or hot tea & added in about 10 mins for cardio. Just to start with . Saturday was my friends birthday where she wanted me to grab a thing of cookies for it so I did. I thought a cookie for me won't hurt. Turns out her birthday party got cancelled due to weather and I got stuck at home on a rainy day with cookies… I binged ate the entire pack. I felt so worthless & sad. I was crying while eating. I then weighed myself the next day like a dumby and I didn't loose anything that week, I actually even gained a pound! I was so ready to give up …
    Until I watched your video. Quitting won't speed up the process. I need to understand not forcing myself into a lifestyle and to take it slower for myself. And to understand nothing is wrong with 1 cookie or so or that I CAN'T have certain stuff because that caused a binge for me. This week I am going to continue what I started. If I'm doing everything I am supposed to do I will see a light at the end of my tunnel. I been scrolling through so many videos on weight loss and your video was the one to catch my eye and motivate me. Thank you dearly love. Maybe one day il have a YouTube channel just like you! And I am 5'0 and 210 pounds. Obese for my size. So if you have any tips regarding to my body type at all please 😫🙏🙏💓 help me. You look absolutely stunning by the way congratulations.   10. I’ve lost 21.5lbs since December 8th 2018. I started slow. At that point I could barely walk 10 mins cause my lower back was on fire!! A workout could barely be 10 mins. Now my walks are 40mins and workouts 40 mins. I’m still slow in comparison to most people but I am still losing 2-4lbs a week. I have so many injuries so it’s best for me to go slow so as not to aggravate them. So far so good!! 👌🏼

  11. Honestly this was the motivation I needed to kick start my new lifestyle and not diet. I don’t want to be miserable anymore and your video is genuinely so real and pure and I can see it in your frustration when explaining. I just want my story to be a transformation and I need videos like this to push and motivate so thank you 🙏

  12. I want to lose 85-95 pounds. I'm doing amazing workouts and trying to eat as healthy as possible. I'm eating clean. I love the workouts. I'm not depriving myself of food for a change and I'm on week 3 now. I've gone from a 2X to an XL. I havent weighed myself because I dont want to be disappointed. I'd rather go on how I feel, clothes size, and inches lost. Muscle is dense! I have a long way to go but I finally feel like I can do it instead of fad diets and deprivation that lead to bingeing.

  14. Thank you for this! I have 30-40lbs to lose and have been trying for years! You are so right on with everything you said! I’m the same way as far as giving up if I mess up at all! I gotta stop doing that! And I agree with finding something that will work for you forever! Great job! 😁

  15. Yes !!! You nailed it I also love weight watchers . 2 months almost 20 pounds down 176 to 159 !!!! #1 definitely Must eat in a sustainable way switch up what u eat and stay active !!!! I also do Zumba 2x a week and love it!!!!!

  16. I think this video is so true to roots. I agree with everything here and i am almost identical to your body and mind set. I want to be at your weight and i was almost at your weight but im starting to lose by everything you said and im enjoying losing weight with a friend.
