Bakit nag-stall ang weight loss ko while doing the low carb diet?

There are 3 macros – carbohydrates, fat and protein. The last two are considered essential, as per research, while the first one isn’t. This is why I say that carbs is nothing but a delicious poison. We love eating it, because of our memory of it, but it is not a necessity for life. It is delicious but not nutritious. This is why I believe that carbs is the culprit of most, if not all, minor and major illnesses. So eat carbs moderately.

  1. Sir bat kami po 1 month na LC di naglose ng weight minsan sobra liit mababawas tpos bukas balik sa dati. May mali po ba sa body ko.. no rice no bread no cakes. Kung sakali meron sharitaki rice or pasta ung bread naman at cake almond or coconut flr. Hay nakakafrustate mo.

  3. Nangyari din sa akin yan. Ang bilis kong naglose ng mga 9 kilos…tapos nagstall. Ang ginawa ko nag egg fast ako ng 5 days last week. Naglose uli aq ng 1.5 kilos. I wish mag lose aq ng weight ng ganun kabilis gaya nung una. Di kc ako halos pinapawisan din kc winter dto sa Canada. Current weight ko is 103 kilos from 114 last month.

  4. Tama na nga yung ginagawa kaso bumigay… nag-CHEAT kasi! Yan yan ang sinasabi ko, marupok ka, nagpadala ka s tukso. Haha sorry na mag babalik loob nako s LCIF, hugot ko yan after losing 4kg in 7days 😁✌

  5. Ngstall weight ko for 3 weeks d ako mapakali hahaha i think yung pang 3rd ang reason kung bakit nag stall weight ko 😅 pero now bukod sa strict LC ako kapit din ako sa black coffee mapa fasting or feasting time and it works 😍 Thank you Sir Coach 👍
