  1. This is exactly why Dr Esselstyn, Dr Ornish and Dr Greger all advise to not eat processed plant fats aka plant oils. Those are as much a contributor to heart disease as conventional animal products. A vegan diet is not healthy – you could only eat deep-fried potatoes, sugary ketchup and Oreo cookies and still be vegan.
    However, the solution is not to become a carnivore, but to eat whole and unprocessed mostly plant-based foods. Occasionally, it might include unprocessed animal produce like wild fish, free range organic eggs, etc., but no more than 5 percent of the diet. This is actually the way the people on Okinawa used to eat, and they were the oldest population on the planet until they started to eat a regular diet.
    Edit: Also take supplements like DHA and EPA, D3 and K2 as well as B12!!!

  2. I had bad muscle spasms when sleeping my leg would jump. I noticed it stopped since I startted eating meat eggs fish and dairy again. It cant be my imagination but I think its a strange coincidence really. 💖

  3. I am 34 years old, a wife to Bakers and mummy to Ava and George. I was a lawyer but have been a stay at home mum for nearly nine years now, which is slightly scary. I have loved it and I would count it as a job because I have worked harder at home than I ever did anywhere else. What happened to me? I was going to say that I have recently become disabled. It’s actually five years ago, now so it isn’t that recent, but it still only feels like yesterday that I felt I had a burst AVM. A lot of other people have explained it a lot better, so I am not even going to attempt if you want to know more type ‘Arteriovenous Malformation’ into any Internet search engine. In search for a better health I came across people talking of Dr. Adebola on the internet, on how he uses herbs to treat so many chronic diseases, I was reluctant to give his herbal fomular a try.   4. It is funny that you bring up Seventh Day Adventists into the study but also fail to mention that Loma Linda CA, is on the Blue Zone list. Blue Zone list is a list that shows the regions with the longest living lifespan in the world. Loma Linda's population is more than 80% Seventh Day Adventists. That region has the longest living lifespan in the Entire US and they are in the top 5 in the entire world. Also not to mention the fact that the other 4 countries on the Blue Zone list eat very very minimal animal products. Their diets are primarily plant-based. The only thing I agree with you is that the oils are in fact bad. Doesn't matter what kind of oil. There are oils that are better but all still no good. Also, B12 is a microorganism, which is fortified in animal products.

  8. FYI – Famous vegan Dr.John McDougall DID in fact have a stroke in late summer (or possibly early fall) of 2017. I have a video of him speaking and the left side of his lower face is collapsed. Why he allowed himself to be videoed after his stroke puzzles me, nevertheless he did. Maybe he was in denial and thought no one would notice, but in that video it's obvious.

  10. I use a small bit of veggie oil once in awhile to keep my colon running properly. I suffer from bad constipation even though i eat a lot of fiber. I'm not a vegan I eat both meat and plants.

  11. I have a question: I'm thinking of going largely Carnivore, but some veg I just love so much. I get we don't NEED them, but avocado, occasional almond butter for high fat sugar free dessert, asparagus, cabbage, garlic, onion, scallions, and I do like berries here and there. Is it still possible to be successful with carnivore if one meal (out of 2 a day) has a small side of veg?
    I've been doing keto for years with an emphasis on lots of veggies but I want to see if carni is easier (and as I live in Canada, maybe even cheaper in winter!) or if I feel better on it, but I just hate to cut out literally all veg. I don't mind limiting but like I hate to cut it 100%.. for example I only find liver palatable when eaten with stir-fried celery.

  13. You assume plant fats = automatically more omega only etc. bs. I know: More fish = more omega f. Only a few plant fats are higher in omega f. These are definitely not very high – Research: Coconuts, haselnuts, macadamia nuts, palm oil, olive etc. I can give you 20 more. You can be to high on an omnivore diet also, if you choose to eat too much fish. It's about your choice bro, not your diet. You pic the pieces you like out of the big picture and create your own image, wich helps you to diss vegans? Comon man. Very low bro really. Let me give you one advice, do your research on a neutral basis and take your time. Being real in what you're doing is most important, not any kind of agenda, think about that…

  16. I had a TIA at 33. This was before I was carnivore. Now I was never a Vegan, but this was at a point when I was maybe eating 4-6 OZ of meat a day, and 40+ oz a day of fruit and vegetables. My hands were going numb, my thighs were going numb, and I couldn't figure out why I was gaining weight. Then boom, the TIA hit me. I thought my retinas were separating at first, because I was going blind. My arm was numb and felt like it wasn't even mine. It took my 5 minutes to figure out how to use my phone and call my mom, which she told me I wasn't making sense. After tests it was determined lack of blood to the brain caused a TIA. I also had a fluctuating thyroid.

    While in bed resting I discovered a Jordan Peterson video about the carnivore diet. I've liked some of the political things he has spoken of, and it dawned on me that throughout my twenties when I was eating a high meat diet I had never felt better, which before I just attributed to being young. It only took four months on the carnivore diet and all my numbness went away. I also went from 235 pounds to 180. My energy has never been better, and I kid you not, I don't look a day over 25. It freaked my family out how as more time passed, the younger I started to look.

  17. Listening to the meat eaters try and get "technical" about nutrient deficient diets WILL GIVE YOU A STOKE. And so will the EH (Electronic harassment/torture) of Vegan activists. And this is what comes up when you type in (Vegan) on YouTube. Ehhh all the hype about sensorship and neutralizing You Tube is not just hype. guess some people will just never get it. The current system does not make it easy for people, even in the so called "developed" world to access nutrient dense organic food. When people understand torturing and slaughtering animals is ethically, physically and spiritually wrong, everything else just makes sense. O the propaganda machine. So sad that people could possibly be swayed by any of this.

  18. People eating a western diet have strokes constantly…. if it was a vegan diet causing strokes it would be a relatively new condition. It is not. Stop misleading people.
