    I don’t miss it !!! I drink black coffee w NO sugar then hit the gym ( strength st training )then have my bone broth & greens 🥬 for late lunch
    I have raw green beans & reddish w me just in case I’m hungry after my gym 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Then sometimes I make cauliflower or chicken crust pizza 🍕 for dinner 🥘
    Protein —moderation
    I use MyFitnessPal for my daily macro

  3. exercise as u lose weight so u tone up in the process. bariatric surgery depletes nutrients and is unsafe. hot peppers are ridiculously hard on the stomach and more so with gerd.

    I’m scared that if I skip breakfast and don’t eat proteins in the morning my dopamine level will drop and I will feel depressed. What do you think about it ? Could you make a video about how to eat in order to balance neurotransmitters troughout the day ?

  6. I was prepping for an NPC bikini competition and was eating "clean". Chicken breast, Brien rice, egg whites, corn tortillas, tilapia, among other things. I also had to for in 7 small meals a day. I had never felt so mentally erratic before. It's like my mind was always racing and I was seriously depressed more often than not. I ended prep early and did not compete. 6 weeks of that diet was enough. I was miserable.
