  2. I have been on LCHF eating plan for 3 months and have not lost any weight. I have been very strict about my food and am so enjoying this way of eating. I am two to two and half stones overweight and would love to know where I am going wrong.

  6. I like the train story. I have a problem with the bottom spillage so I can't wait to not have that problem. On my second week of keto and I can suck my stomach in….if only I could suck my hips in lol!

  7. I personally like to give myself a "carb day" once a month and by carb day I mean just at dinner and it will be something like…a good burger…or including rice and naan bread with my curry. I have no desire to be in ketosis. I don't see.the sense in it for myself as I do have a major insulin resistance problem and an endocrinologist that I saw told me to.make the necessary diet changes but that (he told told point blank) I also had to eat for enjoyment and to forget dieting because I will have this problem for the rest of my life. So, luckily…I enjoy fats and meats and vegetables and so on. I do love fruit but I have been able to give it up so that's good. Everyday, except for one day of the month at dinner time…I have some bad carbs…and I kinda.feel bad about it but.then I come to my senses and remember that it's just one meal out of the month…so this has been an effective way to me to stop myself from binging or always craving carbs…because I know that in a month I can eat bad carbs.Sorry for the long message just felt like sharing I LOVE your videos. its makes me feel like I have support.None, of my friends or family eat this way because they all.think its crazy, I on the other hand am.feeling all the benefits of this high fat low carb lifestyle: )

  8. i starting to low carb diet..but its hard bcause in indonesia we get used to eat rice almosts 3 time meal of day..😨
    but i try to eat brown rice and cut off the portion..and eat only lunch meal….
