  2. It’s not a great idea for women to weigh themselves on a daily basis because depending on where you are in your cycle it can make you gain or lose a couple pounds. It’s best to weigh yourself less often like maybe once a week.

  4. Glad you got to see the numbers go down. Please have faith when you’re doing everything right and the scale doesn’t go down to keep on pushing because sometimes when you’re building muscle the scale stays the same and you’re losing inches. And sometimes it seems like you’re not losing weight or inches but then your body releases it & you do. Just don’t stop and you’ll get there. The good news is that loosing weight slowly your skin can have more time to shrink back into place and there’s less loose skin. Plus you’re young so that helps too.
