The million dollar question: can you gain muscle at the same time while losing body fat? In this video men’s style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro says a proper diet can do both!
You can break down the muscle tissue with working out, lose body fat with cardio, give your body rest, and have your diet ‘right’ (proper protien and calories). Muscle is protien which is made amino acids. Consume the protien, the body synthesizes it, and it’s shuttled to the muscles that need to be repaired after working out.

1. Eggs – affordable & accessible, easy, power packed snack

  1. All protein and nothing else is pretty bad for your kidneys and a great way to get Kidney Stones, So in addition to the all protein diet, what carbs, fats and fiber foods do you recommend for the same goal???

  2. If you eat before you go to sleep your body is still digesting that food. This effects the deepest part of your sleep which is REM sleep and you body is still using energy to digest that food. Just a word of advice too you Alpha lol.

  4. I wish you had a video for women because this is exactly what jave been trying to find out for womens body structures. I know to go to the gym but have no idea where to start. And how to even eat as many calories as I'm supposed to. It's a little overwhelming ☹

  5. I wish someone could help me I hate asking for help but I tried alot of things I'm 290 pounds the lowest I've gone has been 260 and I just go right back up so is it good if I only eat 3 cans of tuna a day and 9 eggs a day
